a.Delivery Range--NZBridal could ship anywhere is in postal service in the world. If your shipping address is a Military or P.O. Box shipping address, you should choose Standard Shipping (Standard Mail Post) as you shipping method, for other shipping methods couldn't accept the Military and P.O. Box shipping address.
b.D.D.U.--All of our orders are shipped as "D.D.U." (Delivered Duties Unpaid), nzbridal.com cannot be held responsible for any accrued additional charges such as taxes, duties or tariffs that may apply to international orders. To find out more about this, please contact your local custom office. All prices on our site are quoted in US Dollars.
c.Cancellation--Once our order has been placed, you may cancel within 24 hours before work as begun on the production of your order. We do not offer cancellation or refund once work has begun on your order. If you are cancelling before work has begun, then we will refund your payment in full via whichever payment method you used. If not, we will impose related fees according to the executable state of your order.
d.Processing Time--As a unique selling point of NZBridal, some of our dresses can be custom made (except In Stock items which will be ready within 3 business days before shipment). Normally, it will take 3-10 business days to tailor a new dress before arranging shipment. It might be more or less, which depends on individual dress style and order quantity. If you have any questions about the delivery time or you want to rush your order for urgent dress wearing day, you should contact us within 48 hours.
e.Alteration Requirement--Once your payment has been paid and confirmed. Our dressmaker will make or prepare the dress according to the size and the color you choose. If you have any requirement of exchange color and size, please inform us with 24 hours before work has begun. If not, we will impose related fees according to the executable state of your order.
f.Shipping Time--The international delivery may take 3 to 30 post days via different shipping options (please check the following information for more details about the available shipping methods). Please make sure you have allowed adequate time before your actual dress wearing date. We cannot be held responsible for the delivery time by shipping company. When your order is shipped out, a notification will be sent to the e-mail box you registered on our website. You can find a tracking number in the Email and you can track the state of order online.
Attention: Please be aware that complete delivery time including the order the proceeding time and shipping time.
NZBridal supply you a range of shipping methods to choose from, they are E-package, Standard Mail Post DHL Express, TNT, UPS, FedEx, EMS, and SF Express etc. You can choose whichever method suits you best when you place an order. The following information will show you some useful information to select the shipping method.
There are basic Three shipping methods
a. STANDARD Shipping--Delivery times are between 12-30 post days to all over the world. If this option is chosen, the order will be shipped out by E-package or Mail Post. Although the delivery time is much longer, but which is FREE to the most of the regions (except some of the east and middle Europe countries, details refer to the checkout page).
ATTENTION: Military and p.o.box addresses can not be accepted by mail post.
b. Economical Express Shipping Delivery times are between 7-10 post days, charged from $10usd increases by weight based on item you purchase. Shipping rates are calculated automatically when you place your order (The costs vary from countries; details refer to the checkout page).
c. Prior Express Shipping Delivery times are between 3-7 post days, charged from $25usd increases by weight based on item you purchase. Shipping rates are calculated automatically when you place your order.(The costs vary from countries; details refer to the checkout page).
ATTENTION: if you choose the option b and c as shipping methods, nzbridal.com will shipped the order randomly by the express companies listed according to the shipping country. if you have any special requests about the shipping option or delivery condition, you may directly contact our service team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do everything in our power to ensure you receive your dress in a timely manner; however, sometimes matters beyond our control, like customs, severe weather or holiday may affect the delivery of your package. If you need your dress for a specific date, please contact our customer service team before placing your order to ensure you can receive your dress by the date needed.
