NZ Bridal could ship anywhere is in postal service in the world. If your shipping address is a Military or P.O. Box shipping address, you should choose Standard Shipping (Standard Mail Post) as shipping method, for other shipping methods couldn't accept the Military and P.O. Box shipping address.

The whole time includes processing time and delivery time. The processing time is about 8-15 days and the delivery time is about 10-15 days.

However, it is important to note that during the high season, the processing time of your dress may actually be extended.

You can also pay a small fee to choose expedited shipping if you need it

One is standard shipping. The other is expedited shipping.

You ought to contact us within 7 days / One week of receiving your item. Returns must be received in our warehouse within 15 days of the date of your order delivered.

 When you contact us to notify us that you wish to return your item we will issue you a unique RMA number to identify your return. This RMA number must be written on the outside of the package when you return the dress. Any package returned without an RMA number on the outside of the package will be automatically refused by our returns department.

 We will not accept any return received in our warehouse after 15 days from the date of your order delivered.

 All returns must be received in their original condition with tags attached. Any item received with tags removed, stains, odors, animal hair, or any other sign of wear and tear will be refused and not refunded.

 Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. NZ Bridal is not responsible for returns lost by the carrier so please make sure you get a tracking number for your parcel.

If you are returning for a refund, we will process your refund within 72 business hours of receiving your return. Please note it can take 1-5 business days for the refund to appear on your account depending on your bank/credit card. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

For non-custom size or color items, we will refund the full amount before the goods are shipped, and we will charge domestic postage accordingly when the goods are shipped. Even though sometimes the shipping information has not been updated to your order, as the tracking information may delay appears.


For custom size or color items, Please contact us at in 24 hours after order confirmation. You’ll get a full refund after canceling the order. Within 24-72 hours, you will get 70% product price refund and 100% shipping cost refund. More than 72 hours, you will get 50% product price refund and 100% shipping cost refund since we may have made your dress.

The Custom Size (any sizes Marked as  "CUSTOM" ,"CUSTOM-MADE") is NOT acceptable to return either to exchange. The Custom style dress based on the picture you provided (dresses modified based on our own collections also regarded as a custom-made style).


Our size charts listed on the product page are based on the actual sizing of a garment. They are manually measured; actual sizes may vary slightly between size chart and actual garment. The same size may also vary slightly between different styles.

 Get measured before placing an order. We strongly suggest you have someone assist to perform measurements, or go for a professional tailor following the measurement guide below.

We can provide custom-size dresses. If you want to choose a custom-size, please click the "custom size" button on the website, and the detailed measurement instruction will be displayed on the website.

That is Free charge for most of the Bridesmaid Dresses for a regular size. While the bust size is larger than 51 inches/130 cm or waist size is larger 43 inches/110 cm please contact us to confirm the exact fee for plus size.

For Bridal and Formal Dress Collection, the extra charge of custom-made fee is $15-30 for regular size. Cost may vary from material, please contact us to confirm.

We have tried our best to make the color on the website similar to the real object. However, camera resolution and computer monitors can mean the color may vary slightly between the photos and the actual fabric. If you do care about the color, we suggest you order color swatches to check in real life.
