NZ Bridal supply you a range of shipping methods to choose from. You can choose whichever method suits you best when you place an order. The following information will show you some useful information to select the shipping method.

All the shipping options are trackable. Tracking information is sent via email when orders are shipped out.

Economical Express (7-10 Business days) - from AU$19 (charged by weight accordingly)
Expedited Express (5-8 Business days)- from AU$25 (charged by weight accordingly)

【UNITED STATES / CANADA】

Standard (10-15 Business days)- FREE when Spends $39.99 and up, AU$12 Spends 0- $39.99.

We do everything in our power to ensure you receive your dress in a timely manner; however, sometimes matters beyond our control, like customs, severe weather or holiday may affect the delivery of your package. If you need your dress for a specific date, please contact our customer service team before placing your order to ensure you can receive your dress by the date needed.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Specific processing time depends on the items. Some items are ready in the stock and can be shipped out in 24 hours, while the other is tailor to order even for standard size, please check the product page for the exact Processing Time or contact us to check if there is no specific note about processing time.

-Ready to ship items would be shipped out within 72hrs since we receive you order.

-For made to order items, it would take 8-12 business days of tailoring, the processing time would extend extra 5-8 business days during busy season.

Please be aware that complete delivery time including the order the proceeding time and shipping time.

Total Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Shipping Time

If your order contains multiple items, they will be shipped together.

DELIVERY POLICY

1. Delivery Range--NZBridal could ship anywhere is in postal service in the world. If your shipping address is a Military or P.O. Box shipping address, you should choose Standard Shipping (Standard Mail Post) as shipping method, for other shipping methods couldn't accept the Military and P.O. Box shipping address.
   
   b. D.D.U.--All of our orders are shipped as "D.D.U." (Delivered Duties Unpaid), nzbridal.com cannot be held responsible for any accrued additional charges such as taxes, duties or tariffs that may apply to international orders. To find out more about this, please contact your local custom office. All prices on our site are quoted in US Dollars.
   
   c. Cancellation--Once our order has been placed, you may cancel within 24 hours before work as begun on the production of your order. We do not offer cancellation or refund once work has begun on your order. If you are cancelling before work has begun, then we will refund your payment in full via whichever payment method you used. If not, we will impose related fees according to the executable state of your order. (Detail refer to Refund Policy)
   
   d. Processing Time--As a unique selling point of NZBridal, some of our dresses can be custom made (except In Stock items which will be ready within 3 business days before shipment). Normally, it will take 5-12 business days to tailor a new dress before arranging shipment. It might be more or less, which depends on individual dress style and order quantity. If you have any questions about the delivery time or you want to rush your order for urgent dress wearing day, you should contact us within 48 hours.
   
   e. Alteration Requirement--Once your payment has been paid and confirmed. Our dressmaker will make or prepare the dress according to the size and the color you choose. If you have any requirement of exchange color and size, please inform us with 24 hours before work has begun. If not, we will impose related fees according to the executable state of your order.
   
   f. Shipping Time--The international delivery may take 3 to 30 post days via different shipping options. Please make sure you have allowed adequate time before your actual dress wearing date. We cannot be held responsible for the delivery time by shipping company. When your order is shipped out, a notification will be sent to the e-mail box you registered on our website. You can find a tracking number in the Email and you can track the state of order online.

SIZING TIPS FOR THE PERFECT FIT 

1-Our size charts listed on the product page are based on the actual sizing of a garment. They are manually measured; actual sizes may vary slightly between size chart and actual garment. The same size may also vary slightly between different styles. 

2-Get measured before placing an order. We strongly suggest you have someone assist to perform measurements, or go for a professional tailor following the measurement guide below.

3-Compare your bust and waist with the size chart listed on product page.

HOW TO MEASURE

【WHAT YOU WILL NEED】

1. A Clothing Tape Measure.
2. 10 minutes.
3. Have someone assist you to perform measurements. (YOU CANNOT MEASURE ACCURATELY YOURSELF.)

 【TIPS】

1.Always stand straight with your heels together and arms down at your side while being measured.

2.Make sure the measuring tape is parallel to the floor and pulled evenly across the body with no slack. You may want to consider getting professionally measured.

3.Measurements should be against the body with undergarments(bra, slips) that will be worn with the dress during the event. do not measure over other clothing. Tape should be snug but not too tight.

4.Extra 5cm/2inches would be added to hollow to hem to obtain measurements to fit the heels height, If you use a specific heel heights, please note to us when placing order.

5.Are you pregnant OR are you a flower girl. Anticipate your growth and future size needs at time of event.
